I have a 2000 Ford Ranger 3.0 v6 5-speed manual with a 2dr supercab. I came across a 4dr supercab parts truck and I would really like to swap cabs. The parts truck is a 2004 4.0 v6 automatic transmission. I was wondering what I would need to do to swap cabs if it is possible. I would like to change mine to an automatic transmission as well, and I looked at the starters and they are on the drivers side for both trucks so does that mean they are interchangeable? Also what do I need to do as far as electrical work. Any advice would help and let me know if you need more information.
