This was my truck with 33x12.5's on the 15x10 wheels. It was my favorite look besides how my truck looks now. I don't think my truck was even close to rubbing with this setup, but it was also sitting on a 4" lift. The tires also stuck out past the stock flares, but it didn't look bad at all in my opinion.

Yesirrrr! **** looks fn amazing! I like how your Edge is “blue”? Looks awesome. Yeah, I got lucky with the canopy but I think the next things are emergency gear, new speakers and maybe some tint. I pulled off my light switch thinking I had fog lights 🤦 but I don’t. I found a helpful videos on here how to put it back on… but I have to take my dash and stereo out haha for a 2 second fix! Oh well, least I’ll learn some **** 🤷‍♂️

But you clearly do, or somebody swapped on a bumper with them at some point. On my 99 and my dad's 02 the fog light switch is a squareish button located on the radio bezel to the right of the radio. If it's not there, maybe pull the bezel and see if you have a loose connector behind it?

Facts… good point. I don’t have the button but yeah maybe everything is underneath and I just need to hook it up. But then I need a relay to my battery I believe haha

Is that the stock bumper in your photos? If so all the wiring should already be there.

Now if you were going to try to use that same switch for more powerful offroad lights with the future bumper, then yes I'd run a relay with heavier wire for those lights.

Yeah it’s stock and I believe everything is all hooked up. Just have no button. It looks like an aftermarket radio plate because it’s kinda fake fiber carbon look… idk what I’d do if there were wires… cut a hole out for the button!?

Post a picture of the radio console so we could help.

Sounds like someone may have swapped it out. IIRC some of the Mazda Bs came with a radio bezel that had a CF print. Maybe some of the Rangers too, but it wasn't a normal thing for them.

What I would do if the wires are there is to hit up the junkyard, marketplace, or eBay for a replacement bezel with switch.

Depends on the bezel itself. Some may have the screw bosses for the bracket that holds the fog light switch, but I think that's more of an Explorer thing. If it's just a regular CF bezel from a Mazda B-Series or STX Ranger, then it probably doesn't have any way to mount the bracket.

Yeah… I’ll get a pic up soon. I’m about to take the dash apart and put this switch back on. Just waiting for a nice day. Extra long spring in Oregon this year. 🤷‍♂️ I’ll get pics of the inside of the dash too when I take it apart 😎 if it’s more work and tools and such than I have I might have to wait till I get my new bumper and tear it off 🤦

This is where the switch will be, just below the 12V adaptor.

So look behind that area and see if the hole is there just covered up.

Watch the video below, it goes over replacing the fog light switch, and shows the connector you're looking for (it's the grey/yellow one), as well as how the fog light switch is held into the bezel.

After seeing your photos, I can almost guarantee that it won't have the thread bosses for the bracket, nor will it show the spot for the fog light switch to pass through although that spot could be easily cut out with a Dremel.

Supreme gas

Should I put 92 octane in my Ranger from now on… I’ve only been using 87 but hear about the mileage boost and the cleaners.

It calls for regular gasoline haha… just wondering if anyone had any war stories to share. The light switch- I was able to disassemble my dash and get it back on, apparently not tight enough or properly so I may use glue next time lol. Fog lights are going to wait till a new bumper or rig them into my driving lights or something since I have an aftermarket radio plate and not sure if I want to cut into all that yet to pull out the fog light wires and hookup. So sorry for the delay, my mom passed away and life has slowed down and sped up at the same time. 🙏✝️🙏
