Well, I know I'm new here but with the number of problems and the possiblity of more and more serious problems ahead I have to let the Ranger go! See I bought this cause I thought I could fix her up a bit, cheap and make a good truck out of it but it seems the gods are not on my side After number of problems and a rich running condition the gas wanted to be more in the oil than in the pan! I didn`t catch it in time and now there is some rattle. I replaced the oil that ran out like water and put some 20w/50 in to try to save it but I think I better unload it now! So, I am trading it off for a 1999 F150 ext. cab 4x4 off road with 86,000 miles here is a pic. Hope I am still welcome here

That's a good looking truck you are getting! I would love to have an '03-04 FX4 in that same body style. They are good trucks!

 

I am pretty sure the last year of that body style is an '03...But they are good looking trucks thats for sure!

 

Thats not really a bad trade off lol!! Sad to hear that the Ranger is giving you so much trouble, I really liked that truck too. Oh well, when are you lifting the 150? lol Blades

 

they still continued that body style in 04 for certain models

 

Thanks everyone, and the lift, in due time. Going to put some tires on there and maybe some kind of leveling kit on the front for now.

 

does it have the 5.4 or the 4.6?????? nice looking truck though

Sucks to hear about the Ranger, some weren't made to be.

I'd kill for that style of F150, 5.4L, auto, 4x4 that or a 98'+ Dodge Cummins :P
