Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place, just joined but I've been a lone time reader.

Recently my 1992 ford ranger 3.0 v6 started missing a bit and sometimes had a rough idle. It died almost a month ago and couldn't start it the next day. Just randomly happened at a stop sign when I stopped. Then today it did it after I drove it on the highway back to home, parked for 2 minutes and started it, took off 20 feet and it died when I let off the gas. Took a few times to start, rolled, died again. Then got it to my friends. It still misses here and then.

Shop looked at it they couldn't figure it out at firestone, Midas, and another private shop.

ODB1 codes said it was running lean, that's when the CEL would be on after riding for 10 minutes. It only did that for a week and hasn't came up for a month and ran fine until today again. 02 sensors are tested and said to be fine. I had my mass air flow replaced, spark plugs, new wires, cap, rotor, coolant temp sensor.

Just the other day I did the timing cover gaskets and put a new water pump on.

I don't know what could be causing it to miss and sometimes stall at a stop sign or light, sometimes starting right back up, sometimes not. Then run fine for weeks.
