Icon5 Refurbishing my 2000 ranger, what are those?

Hi there,

I'm in the process of decoupling the frame from the cabin and bed of my 2000 ford ranger to deal with some nasty rust!

I was wondering if someone can point me to the parts I've marked in the attached picture, as I would like to change them? They look the same on the left and right sides.

Thanks!

The 2 things on the sides are the mounts and bushings for the upper control arms. Thing/bushing in the middle of them is the mount for the lower control arm coil shock absorbers.

Thank you all for the info, here are some photos... don't worry it will all come back together... I hope...

I have another weird question regarding the coil springs? I could only find the upper insulators for the coil springs, but I can find both lower and upper on rockauto?

Does anyone know if the 2WD 2000 Ford Ranger should have upper and lower insulators for the coil springs?
