Do a compression test, should be at 165 psi.
your 2005 falls into the recessed valve seat problem from 2004 to 2006.
Switch the injector out from #4 to another cylinder, if the misfire changes to "that" cylinder, then you have a bad injector.
Check your IAC valve and throttle position sensor too.
IAC valves get dirty and they stick.
Could be coil pack, but check those other things first.
And another thing...
How's your fuel millage, could be a faulty coolant temp sensor telling the PCM that it needs to chocked all the time.

Here's a post from Ron on how to check your coil pack, only you're not dealing with 1 and 5 in the link, I believe it's 4 and 3 _ with out checking.
