Geez, sounds lie we're doing the same thing. I ordered my shackles last night and my tires on Wed. night. They'll be here on Monday, but won't get them installed till the 26thish.

ya that is the perfact angle because it keeps all the needle bearings spining and keeping them from burning up

I have AAL's too, but my truck still sits low in the rear.

"Operating angle at any individual joint, must be at least 1/2 degree, and not exceed 3 degrees." This is from a Dana-Spicer bulletin pertaining to light and heavy duty truck drivelines.

i just read this and am confused. if i got just shackles and nothing else would the pinion angle be off enough to cause me some problems or would i be safe?

im having a hell of a time trying to find shackles that will fit my truck. i have a 93 ranger. i cant seem to find any for my year. anybody already troubleshoot this problem?

The shackles everyone gets are chevy 1/2 ton lowering shackles. Since the chevy shackle brackets are reversed on a ranger they provide lift.

Would those Shackles work on my 01 Edge? Cause i've heard from some people that they won't?

Yes. I have them and AAL's on my '01 Edge.
