8.8 LS 4.10s from a 2dr 1998 explorer for $200
and
Charcoal leather seats from the same vehicle. $50 a piece

seats would have to see the condition... plan on putting a console in too while your at it?

on the axle sure if you can reweld spring mounts and shock i believe
