Ok there is a couple car shows coming up around here. I was wondering if I should could show it? If you guys and gals think I can. What should I do to get it ready to showed??

 

Why not? And as of getting ready A. Get it real muddy or B. detalin the S**T out of it

 

Sure, why not? I've shown mine. Its not much appreciated around here but thats cause people are ignorant...hehehe

I say GO FOR IT! Clean every nook and crainy and if you can pose it, do it.

depends what types of vehicles are at the show. if it's a free for all, go for it. if you notice nothing but classics and vintage cars & trucks, then no, do not put your truck into the show.

 

What are your reasons for entering the show? To get a trophy? Or to hang out and mingle with other "auto" enthusiasts? Hell, I used to enter my old junker stang (prepaint and all) in shows but it was pretty much either to hang out with "gearheads" and/or support that club or charity. GO FOR IT!!! Rangers are not the well represented and THEY SHOULD BE!! WE ROCK!!

 

Heck, why not? Good cars, good people, good times. I used to take my brown/rust/primer daily driven Ghia to shows all the time, and heck, even picked up an unexpected trophy or two! Have fun, just don't get too "serious" about it.

hell yeah DO IT i was at a show at the track out here i think it might have been import face off and there was a ranger in it and she had tons of throphys and i think it only had sound and a few engine mods Go for it and Good Luck

Go for it. Just don't take it seriously. It's supposed to be fun. I knew a few guys who got to the point that they would trailer their cars to shows. That's to over the top for me.

Do it, i'm entering mine in the summer nationals in mass on the 4th of july most likely. Why the hell not?!?!?

 

It depends...like said above, if there are classic cars and such, I would say no. If it is more of a cruise in thing, then yes.
