Size of Bed bolts

I had no idea where to post this so I guess it goes here.

I have been working on my "new" ranger all summer and I'm ready to put the bed back on and of course the bolts along with everything else were rusted and I threw all of them away. Does any one know what size the bolts need be and how long they need to be. I have a 1991 XLT Regular cab, standard box, 2WD.

I doubt this will help you at all.....but my 2001 bed bolts are 12mm x approx 100mm. Hope it helps. You could always just buy a bunch of different bolts or even go to a junk yard and pull some bolts and use those to get new ones. Good luck.

Ahhh, just re-tap them and use Grade 8 bolts... lol. My Truck's bolts are the same as FX4Wannabe's.... so 94 uses the same as 2001. I would say they are the same for yours..

side note......

get grade 10.9 bolts. grade 10.9 metric = grade 8 std. grade 8.8 metric = grade 5 std.
