Bed Bolts

Does anyone know what size bolts go in the bed where you can tie stuff down? They are the ones on the inside of the bed, 2 in the front and 2 in the back. 2004 Ranger Edge. When I bought the truck it didnt come with any and I would like something in there so I can tie things down.

why not go to the dealer and order them? it's what you need and you know that it will fit. if you don't wanna pay the dealer costs, hit a junk yard and look for a similar model to yours.

I think you are talking about the tie downs not the bed bolts. I might have a set. There's always a dealer.

Yea I'm talking about the tie downs. I might call the dealer and see how much they charge.

Get a few of these hitch rings:

with 2 thick 3/8" fender washers, and 2 locking nuts...

then sandwhich it as follows:

Locking Nut | Fender Washer | Hole | Fender Washer | Locking Nut | Hitch Loop

And you got yourself some fantastic tie down's in the 4 corners of your bed

Edit: And yes I just made it up in my head.. and I might do this in my own truck now.. seems like a damn good idea to me!

That does sound like a good idea. I might have to try that.
