I used this on the lower 3rd of the jeep I used to have. Worked excellent, used to scrape up my hands when I brushed by the truck. When you scuff the surface use 80 grit or something similar, not a scotch brite pad. When I scuffed the surface I did it by hand, not with a sander. Stir it up real well, get the UV additive to add in and make sure you buy 1 or 2 extra rollers. The UV additive will keep it glossy, or else it will fade out to a real crappy flat black. You can also use paint over it. I didnt use the UV, so I touched up with Rustoleum gloss black, but I would use the UV additive if I had to do it all over again.

I just used that last weekend to do the bed of my truck. It turned out really well. I used 60 grit sand paper to rough up the paint.
