Squealing when I turn up the heat

A few weeks ago it was cold and when i would turn the key on there would be a squealing noise come from the passenger floor area but it would be very breif and only on cold start ups. tonight i heard a faint growling noise and i turn the heat blower speed down to the first spot and it stopped. then it started getting cold so i turned it back up and it started squealing from under the dash on the passenger side. i got it to do this several times all after turning it down and back up. so is there something wrong with the blower motor or what do you guys think?

It's got a bad blower motor. When it's cold you'll hear this but when it's hot outside you probably won't. It needs a new blower motor. Good luck.It should only take you less than an hour to replace it.
