what is certifit? i can get a new one from a place in Detroit for $80 but not havin a job for a while kinda puts a damper on the spending. I might need a new fog light too, im not sure if i could make it work or not but it is broke! thats another $32. those are good prices but im broke lol

 

How did you tint the headlights? Are they still bright?

PJ1 makes a spray tint, thats what i did my tails with, but my buddy took my headlights to a body shop to get them done. personally i think it looks way better than headlight or tailight covers and its cheaper. as for me goin to the bar, i dont drink. i go to hang out with my friends since its too damn cold to do anything else

 

o and they arent very bright anymore. i dont even bother turning off my high beems. i still have my stock ones too, so most of the time those are on

 

Thats too bad. Hope you can find one for cheap. Lights look good.

Tinted headlights look stupid IMO, pointless.

Sucks about the valance though, I got mine for 45 bucks from Certifit, check www.certifit.com to see if they have a place near you.

 

why did you take photos before you went in?

 

They serve a purpose. When you dont want to attract attention, you turn them off.

This only works if EVERYTHING is blacked out, though. Which is why the headlights and taillights will be the last thing I black out on my truck.

 

x2 sucks about the valance though, easy fix. Lucky they didn't do more damage.

 

and the car that was infront of you when you got there, are you standing on the car taking the photos?

my vote goes to you being a drunk and standing on the valance and having it get torn off

 

I don't see how anybody could have been parked in front of you. It looks like a walkway in the last picture with a rail next to it.

Not a fan of the lights. They look like ***, IMO.

 

I like it. how does it perform?? I'd do it to mine but if it cuts performace, it's a complete no go.

edit: ok...worthless mod. stupid. looks cool to darken a black or deep wedgewood truck, but completely pointless mod like those completely black taillights on a red truck.

for everyone that asked about the pics i took the good ones a few days ago n the ones where its screwed up this morning in front of my house. i just put the broken piece there cuz thats how it was when i got outa the bar. And no im definetly not a drunk! im glad u paid attention to the other replies and seen where i said that i DONT drink! In my opion if ur gonna get sh!tty about sumones thread keep ur mouth shut. if u dont like the headlights its as easy as sayin "i dont like it" u dont have to say they look like *** or its a pointless mod. Oviously ppl have different taste, as for me ive seen a few trucks with theirs done n i liked it so I had my black lights tinted. I still have the stockers so get over urself
