I've got one that goes with the bumper =]

It's a package deal.....you get the heavy duty bumper, the hitch, the aluminum lighted license plate cover(new from summit), I also have two warn d-shackles for the rear unless you just wanna buy your own later down the road, and the bolts to mount the hitch and the bumper. =]

I could meet you or even deliver it for almost as much as shipping would cost to have it strapped to a pallette and shipped truck frieght.

who cares what year they were on top or bottom.....doesn't matter.....the only difference in the taillights from '93 is the lense.....how the lights are mounted has stayed the same.......even the flare side and the fleet side beds have the same mounting config for the taillights...

anyways brenton from personal experence the beds, tails are the same only things different are the tailgate flairside is 49" tailgate and fleet is 53" i believe.. bumpers are also different so you will need a flairside bumper thats why it was so hard to find a bumper fir my truck..anyways good luck with the swap man cant wait to see the change

alright to clear up the taillight question and to get back on topic......

2000 Rangers were the only Rangers to have the back up light on the bottom

It sounds like a really good swap for your truck! The bumper will look good on it too.
