I dont think ive seen a pic of the exact bolt you have to turn, so doing a search probably wont yeild you a result for that question, though from what I understand its pretty easy to get under the truck and identify what has to be done.

and there is no set amount of turns for a given height change, every ranger is different.

i know im way over thinking this procedure, i searched many many threads, some people jack the truck up and crank them, some leave it on the ground (ford reccomended way)....Which do you do, and how do i find the grade of my t bars? i seen that in one post too....I know where to crank them now, im just curious how many cranks to gain like maybe an inch

The torsion bar code is the first character in the 'spring' section of the certification label (driver door jamb). Yours is probably one of these:

Torsion bars
(code / combined rating / bar diameter)
1 / 2900 lb / 1.09"
B / 2710 lb / 1.06"
F / 2510 lb / 1.03"

dont forget ull wear your Tbars out faster by torquing them down. ands when they wear out theyll snap. but you wont hafta worry bout that for about 5yrs.

there may be a picture, but since its probably in one of the 5000000 posts, and the picture more than likely is not labeled with any type of "search identifying" text, you are looking for the metephorical needle in a hay stack if you search for it,.... i know, ive tried.

I turned them about 4 turns, i measured it and my drivers side took 2 more turns then the passengers side to get the same measurement on both sides. We checked everything out and it acutually corrected my negative offset on my tires (they wore more on the inside) now there alot closer to normal. Im probably going to get it aligned anyways because i havnt done it the whole time ive owned it

I just cranked my tbars after doing my oil change today, my driverside maxxed out after 5 complete turns, the passenger side has another half a bolt to go before it would ever bottom out. Oh, and 5 full turns on each side has my truck within an 1/8 of an inch from each other.
