Help me find a ranger
Okay well after the final vist to my local ford dealer and having the price of the ranger i was looking at go up for some odd reason after every vist... i am done with wasting time over that ranger... i left on the note of a value ranger xlt 4x4 with 55k miles and they started off wanting 14.9k then next time they want 16k and just this last time they wanted 17.3k... so im off on a new mission for a different ranger... heres what im looking for
under 75k miles
preferably under 14k cash
4.0 4x4 Stick Shift
other then that idc about color really and i wouldn't mind it being a level II or an edge :) but i dont have to have ether... i live in jax Florida and have no problems traveling to any of the surrounding states or anywhere in Florida. I just got done searching the entire craigs list for Florida and found an 05 level II but its an auto =\ so if your bored and wanna help me feel free :) thanks.

Fogs I can't explain. The cruise is just a steering wheel. My old man got an '08 450 this year had power windows/locks but no cruise. He asked the dealer and they told him it's just a wheel then we turn it on in the puter, so that's what he did.

Thats how mine is, I had to order it though and mine came with bucket seat. The fog light had to be added later, if there is no switch than the truck didnt come with them, the truck was probably what Ford called a "4x4 Value Package" The only option for the "4x4 Value package" was Bucket seats, cruise, step side bed, and hitch if I remember.

I agree w/ that. Fogs were probably added by the previous owner. Could be the oem accessory kit, or just the lights added and wired up to come on w/ the low beams. My '03 XLT is a "Mid-Atlantic Value Package": 4.0 SOHC, 5-speed manual, 2-door extended cab, no power locks or windows, FX 4 16" aluminum wheels (not the level II's), fiberglass power hump hood, and chrome bumpers, but no fog lights. It has the 2 wheel drive chrome bumper and valance. It doesn't have cruise though.
