like the whole plastic thing that lights up green, my brother has a ranger and he took apart the whole thing, scratched all of the green off and put blue bulbs behind it, however the bulbs died quickly and he wants the whole new faceplate thing, and so do i. so i told him id ask here to see if anyone knows where to get them.

What plate? The blank thing where the gear indicator is at? If so, your old one will fit.

no like if u take that whole thing apart, there is a thin plastic plate that is the actual numbers and such, its hard to explain, but my brother took it apart, scratched the green color off of it and put it back on. right now we are trying to find somewhere to just buy the plate

Junkyard is the best bet I would think. Ebay has some but they are crappy aftermarket stuff. I got a black one also at home.

Dude, I need the white gear indicator piece. Would you sell it separately or would it be cheaper to get it at the dealer?

I'm pretty sure I got another one somewhere at home because there was one in the cluster I put in my truck. I will look for ya when I stop by this weekend. Pedro said he is gonna buy that cluster already.
