I dont know if there are any really, except for the speedo's being primarily im KPH's vs MPH's.
I youtubed a dealer walk-around of an 11 ranger in texas, looks nearly identical to the one im getting. I wouldve loved to have gotten my hands on a japanese diesel version, but was told they arent road legal up here. That, and i wouldnt know where to find duratorq parts up here >.<.
