Icon9 Thinking of selling my ranger....

Well I really really really dont want to sell it or even think about selling it. But the girlfriend and I have desided to get serious engagment and family soon. So i ask this... what is a good starting price to sell at? The truck has a whole list of mods. KBB.com says 10 but no way would i sell it that cheap when i put almost 10,000 in mods to it. Ideas, comments, advice, im all ears!

Your going to get very little of your mod invested back when you sell it. Best bet is just to sell everything separate and put it back to stock.

Step 1. Sell what mods you can without tearing into truck.
Step 2. Cry Cause either way your pry gonna lose some money (Didnt make this step just how it happens)
Step 3. Put truck back together in stock form(or close to it)
Step 4. Go to ford Awesome deals on the 2010 F150's
Step 5 Ride off into the sunset!

I say keep the ranger and just find a 2000 or so taurus for the family ride. You can get them CHEAP in good shape.

I honestly doubt you would be able to sell it even for 10.. its a 6 year old small truck that cost 14-15 brand new. Plus you generally dont add in mods to the sale price - unless its been turned into a super offroader, or track truck. Just find what you can to put it to stock, and sell it for 8500-9000 or so.

dont sell it, its not worth it. you really need to pay it off. and id sway away from a diesel unless you plan on doing a bunch of towing, otherwise its not worth it. trust me!

whats wrong with 08+....the 6.4s are WAY better than the 6.0....unless u drop A LOT of money into them....plus it is cheaper to more power out of the 6.4's because they come with better stuff from the factory...like better injectors and twin turbo's, better fuel system, ect....and they have a much better tranny than the previous ones.....IMO....put a spartan tuner, straight pipe it turbo back, an intake and they wake up a whole lot....they are like the king of bolt on's.....for the same amount of money no previous ford or a cummins or a dirtymax will put out as much power.....
