A thread just for you "Dirty Driveshaft Haters"
I took a little bit today to spray a few coats of paint on my driveshaft after sanding it down by hand for a LONG time.

Other things accomplished today:
Thanks to this long weekend, the Beast is coming along nice and quickly! Stay tuned for OPEN HEADER exhaust sound clips, burn-out videos, and more fun stuff!

Other things accomplished today:
- Bolted the driveshaft in
- Connected the transmission shift cable (no more wheel-chocks!!)
- Attached the motor/tranny to a tree with a ***-a-long and moved it forward 1/2"
- Bolted the intake manifold in
- installed the radiator and washer fluid tanks
- Finished connecting everything from vacuum hoses to electrical connectors
- Installed fuel lines from tank to filter

i took a hose and wire brush to it, i would spray it, then brush then rinse...
after i got the first couple coats of rust off, i would wet it down (to keep down the dust) then sand the crap out of it then rinse, every couple minutes, to keep the dust down

you should have waited till the engine was running.....then put the rear part of the frame on jack stands and start the truck, put it in 1st gear and let the driveshaft spin while you hold a piece of sand paper around it working your way from front to back.....then painted it...
