tim horton's cupholder mod

so, if you live south of the border (the real border, the one between canada and the states) you will probably have no idea what i'm talking about. BUT if you are one of the lucky few who salute the maple leaf. I have a mod for you!

Like a lot of Canadians, I enjoy my extra large double double, or tripple tripple, depending on the day, and am not pleased with how i have never had a cup holder in my vehicle that will properly fit ANY of the cups from timmy's none the less an XL (and Ford says it's build for life in Canada)

anyways, I have come up with an idea that will allow me to customize one of my cup holders to perfectly fit a Tim Horton's XL cup. I will give you the play by play of the mod, as it goes, as for right now, i'll just leave this as a teaser

The only thing Canada has on America is Trailer Park Boys!

pfft You notice CA for California is the same as CA for Canada? Same exact state and country. Both hate the military, love social and liberal politics. The only difference is the weather is different and milk comes in a carton in America.

um, where do you get your information?

canada: 9,984,670 km2 2nd largest country in the world (behind russia)
USA: 9,826,630 km2 tied for 3rd largest country with China

Source: Wikipedia.com

either way, this thread wasn't intended to be a pissing contest of allied countries... it's supposed to be about a customized cup holder

Actually Canada, Is a wonderful place. I have never been, but dream of it. We(Americans), in past generations, have taken advantage of our most important resource...our environment. Folks from the land up above, seem to have a deeper understanding, for the importance of caring for our surroundings. Just my 2 cents.

while i appreciate your grace and respect for us, i think the reason for this is there is relatively the same amount of land (see a few posts back) and the population, roughly, of the state of california

It's always sad when Canada is mentioned and everybody gets into a pissing match. Is there a reason for it? lol

Also, I can't stand the smell of Tim Horton's and I'm Canadian. Although I don't even like coffee, just the smell of tim horton's brings up bad memories lol.

So......did you unscrew that floor cupholder, move it back an inch or so, then self tapped some new holes to secure it?
