Truck cap problem

Hello my friends. So I just got this Ranger and it has a pretty nice cap on it. I wasn't really looking for a cap but it came with the truck. With the cold weather starting a big problem
I see is with the rear window fogging up and or getting ice on it so I won't be able to see out the back. Has anyone addressed this problem with either putting on a defroster wire kit or is their a spray that will work? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

i think people just deal with it. scrape what they can and go. no matter what you do a cap limits visibility. just adjust you mirrors acodingly and be careful

I added a 2" convex mirror to my driver's side mirror and a 3" to the passenger's side mirror. The convex mirrors help when changing lanes and when backing up. You will get used to the fact that your rearview is very, very limited with the cap on your truck. I always back into a parking space, then I never have to back out into traffic.
