Two weeks ago, i had lower ball joints installed and an alignment on my truck,after that, it pulled to the left a little, took it back and told them, they hooked the alignment machine up and said that it was dead on. So the tech said it could be a tire issue, they switched the front tires, and now it pulls to the right, so thinking that it had a bad tire i replaced the right front tire,still pulls to the right, just came back from sears and the alignment was off, had them align it and it still pulls to the right, what could possibly be wrong, did i replace the wrong tire, or what. If anybody has any ideas please let me know. Thanks.

Rim out of shape? That could cause that.

 

How hard is it pulling to the right?

Have you taken the crown of the road into consideration? Most roads are set with a slight slope to allow for water drainage. A lot of folks have mistaken this for a mis-alligned front end.

Other than that, give your brakes a good look-through as suggested by Cole.

 

If it was a stuck caliper wouldn't it pull when braking,and taylor it will literally change lanes as soon as i let go of the wheel.

It won't be a rim problem, if a rim was bent, it would give a vibration

 

If the caliper is stuck, the brake is always on slightly. Drive it around the block a couple times, get out and see if a front wheel is hotter than the other.

 

Just had the same problem as the OP.

After reading the suggestions on this thread, i took apart my right caliper and found the nuts were torqued at 60 ftlbs instead of the 26ft lbs that is recommended. The slider pins were also completley gummed up with old grease. After some brake cleaner and retorqueing, the drifting right dissapeared.
