Vibration and shaking issues
2007 ford ranger 2.3L automatic regular cab, 110k miles.
While idling in neutral the truck will vibrate. It vibrates much more when the truck is in drive at a stop.
The truck also shakes while driving. The passenger seat will be shaking at ~40mph and the entire bed of the truck is bouncing up and down an inch.
I replaced all four of the shocks, the front bearings, rotors and pads, along with the rear drums and shoes and both of the rear tires, still shakes though.
any thoughts? its pretty annoying to drive

Other possibilities include a bent wheel or a bent axle. There may also be leaf spring shackles or bushings that are gone, causing an imbalance.
The vibration at idle could be attributed to a bad trans/engine mount, I would also inspect those. They could also cause the problems at speed, if they really are worn far enough.
