Vibration and shaking issues

2007 ford ranger 2.3L automatic regular cab, 110k miles.

While idling in neutral the truck will vibrate. It vibrates much more when the truck is in drive at a stop.

The truck also shakes while driving. The passenger seat will be shaking at ~40mph and the entire bed of the truck is bouncing up and down an inch.

I replaced all four of the shocks, the front bearings, rotors and pads, along with the rear drums and shoes and both of the rear tires, still shakes though.

any thoughts? its pretty annoying to drive

While possible, not as likely. Check your driveshaft, make sure nothing new or "fresh" is on it. It's possible that if it had something attached to it to balance it, it may have fallen off. My truck was equipped with a large metal ring that weighed about 4 lbs. Was attached to the slip yoke on the trans end, and bonded to the shaft via rubber. It was meant to be a harmonic dampener, though I did not notice a difference when mine broke off and I had to remove it.

Other possibilities include a bent wheel or a bent axle. There may also be leaf spring shackles or bushings that are gone, causing an imbalance.

The vibration at idle could be attributed to a bad trans/engine mount, I would also inspect those. They could also cause the problems at speed, if they really are worn far enough.
