Well it's sad, but congrats. You've put a lot of work into the ranger, but it has been mostly repairs.
There is a big difference between upgrades and repairs, and repairs definitely make you want to get rid of it.
Though I have to say I HATE the hood on the F150. lol

Yes, you have to have it installed by the dealership for it to retain warranty though. I think that truck is out of warranty anyway so thats not a concern

And yes, Roush makes a kit for the F150, but it doesnt make as much power as the Ford Racing Whipple kit, and its about the same price..
yes, it has to be installed by a 'Ford approved mechanic".. And the truck is under warranty until 75K, which i will see if i can get that extended until 100k

I don't think there is a Kenne Bell kit for the 5.4 3v. I know there is for the older Lightning 5.4 but not the newer 5.4

Thanks for the info man. I finally found 2 engines out of a salvage yard but haven't had time to go and get some pics of what I found yet. And right now money is indeed tight. Too tight. I may have to give up my internet before long. I wish like hell I had the money to do a swap. It's killing me man.

I thought he had a new kit for that engine. In fact I think he's got one for the 4V out too. I'll check on that later. Right now I have to get off here and take care of some business. I'll see you guys later on tonight.

Oh ok. different motor setup. He might be developing one though. I'll be on here a while googleing the new 5.0 engine. My uncle said that there was something in a local paper about it this morning. GM is calling it Ugly Coyote. He also said that they're already running negative ad campains too and the damn thing hasn't even been release yet. I think GM's worse nightmare is about to come true. God only knows what Ford is getting ready to release yet. That's the scary part. Did they release a small piece of info or all of it? That's a question that only Ford can answer.
