in california you can legally park in the loading zone with a pickup even without actually loading because its considered a commercial vehicle (and we pay $23 extra for a weight fee for it!)

yet you could have a big *** excursion that weighs an *** load more and no weight fee cause its not a "truck" its an "suv"
