With school out giving me more time to work I am going to be buying more things for my truck soon. Here is the list of things I want and they are not in any order.

4.56 gears (with cross pin)- $205
Clear tailights- $50
Toolbox- No clue, expensive for flaresides though
3" Suspension lift (includes spindles, leafs, shocks)- $500-650

I am sure there is more but that is all I can think of at the moment. Keep in mind installation isn't a matter because of my uncle who will help me do the stuff for free. I think I need to go with the gears first but I am undecided. Any help would be great. :)

I bought a $20 black plasitc tool chest at WalMart and strapped it into my bed with bungee cables. Its small enough to fit in a flareside bed. I'd do that if I were you!

I would get a toolbox. For me, the factory bottle jack was rendered useless when I lifted my truck, so I needed something relatively secure (like a metal toolbox) and big enough to store lots of recovery gear in, so buying a toolbox was the obvious choice. I wouldn't go with Cam-Locker, those are a pain in the *** and too expensive (IMO). I recommend a regular aluminum toolbox. For brands, check out DeeZee or UWS, they both have different styles that might suit your fancy.
