Exactly! My dad's 96 F350 PSD has 300k on it, needs balljoints, and FINALLY needs injector work. He drives it like a sissy, hence the injector problems. You need to run those trucks! He also racked up 225k on a 92 F150 with a 351, which weren't known for longevity like the 300I6. It also needs balljoints, its worn out but still runs and drives!

My 2000 Ranger 4wd 4.0 was awesome, it had 180k and ran like a top. That truck was solid as can be, and every day I regret selling it for something a year newer with half the miles.. and the fact I have to make a truck payment. Keep what you've got or you'll regret it.

Ya I decided that I'm going to keep mine. I was just thinking about that truck for the past week and just wanted some opinions on what I should do, So thanks alot guys. I can't believe i would even think about trading in my truck. I'll drive it till it dies.

its the damn e04d trans in those that go, we got lucky and were on the original trans in my dads 91 bronco 351 when we sold it at 222k

yeah i guess dad's F150 had some tranny work before he got it, right after 100k miles. However, its held up find, even though dad neglected it (Never did plugs, wires, etc). 225k miles, and we ran seafoam through it for fun one day. Our entire property had the thickest "fog" I've ever seen.
