I need to inspect the internals on my tranny to figure out what is worn out. How can I get the info I need? (such as shaft play, gear / blocker clearances, etc..) I think Haynes is not an option. Mitchell, Chiltons or the Ford service manual I think, are all valid options. Do I have any other options? What about these dvd service manuals on ebay? Can I borrow or rent one?
