I would say a K&N air filter and a nice cat back exhaust.I guess it all depends on what you use your truck for.

For 1 k I would go with

K&N intake should be around $250
Flowmaster 50 series should be around $250
BFG at ko 31 x10.5 Shoudl be able to get them installed and balanced for $500

Do you do any wheeling? Or is it an on-road only truck?

to me k&n isnt worth the money you are paying for the name.
second flowmaster sucks.. its been proven many times.(hp wise)
and why 31s? he already has 245/75/16s. its practically the same size.

if ya want new tires get 265/75/16s or a 32 inch tire

oh wow! i can gain a whole 3 hp more getting a magnaflow, most people like sound over such a minimal HP gain. So watch when you say flomaster SUCKS.... and yea the 31s may be a bit small, so go with 32s 275/70R16

Actually if you want to try and improve mileage swap the tires for a tonneau cover. Given gas prices doing what ever you can to increase the mpg is good.

ive seen dyno sheets where flowmaster made you lose hp and torque. same truck put a magnaflow on it and gained power from stock.

there is a dyno sheet around that show magnaflow exhaust and aem intake i think not sure and pulled 201 at the wheels.

im not gonna argue over this, choose what you want, all you have prolly ran is flowmaster.

ive had the stock exhaust, dual magnaflow, dual flowmaster, and now im using a SI/SO borla.

since ive had all of them i would rank it like this...

1. magnaflow
2. borla
3. flowmaster

+/-5hp in a 3.sl0w doesn't mean anything, but a Flowmaster sure sounds great! Depends on your priorities, I guess.
