Just wondering what size trailers everyone hauls behind there rangers.

81"x14' single axle open utility trailer. F350 is hooked to a tandem 35' gooseneck with a Wacker 3503 mini Excavator

 

5x10' or so.... no pics though!

 

5x8 foot utility trailer. Works great!

 

I've used a 5x8 a couple of times from family but I think when I get some property I think I'm gonna get my own. I'd like something a little longer and not made of wood.

 

i have a 6x10 for work, remind me to post pics, i have some on my phone but i just realized i dont have photobucket installed on it and now its being stupid and not installing.

here it is on the back of my bosses truck



normally i sit pretty damn level with it hooked up, but i had 600 pounds of mulch in the back of the truck as well, along with other random tools so its squating a bit.. (ironically. my bosses truck is right beside me and its empty except for a few plants and hand tools. and i got the trailer with mowers and all of the mulch)



see. its sitting pretty level in this one, but i think i also had some mulch in the truck to. ill have to snap another one next time i think of it at work..

The 2.3L isn't the best thing for towing she doesn't even like the 14' Flat hooked up to her! But I only leave about half a mile from the launch.

the biggest thing I tow is a 18ft Bass Tracker bass boat

 

It isn't the biggest trailer I've pulled but I got this for FREE. Pretty sweet deal, one of our neighbors just decided he didn't need it. I'm still doing some work on it, I need safety chains but I already made a mount for a jack

Nothing crazy, Usually this trailer, but with tons of different stuff.
Brush, Quad, pulled a Exmark Lazer a time or two in it.

 

Ive pulled many trailers with my Ranger. Ive pulled my 6x12 enclosed trailer the most though.





My ranger has since been retired as the tow pig. This can haul much larger stuff. lol

 

 

now thats the stuff i really wanted to see. im guessing your running a brake controller. do you have air bags or anything to help?

 

Brake controller, yup. Some cheap time delayed piece of crap. Want to upgrade to the Max Brake unit, just haven't spent the coin yet for it.

No air bags. Run a weight distribution hitch, helps out a ton. Just recently put some helper springs on it, but at 172k hard miles the stock springs are getting tired.
