I’ve been read watching everywhere and can’t find an answer, I have these stock slits? Rails? On the roof of my 2000 Ranger stepside, if anyone could verify what they are or what I can do to mount a roof basket or something that’d be great! Thanks In advance!
Called a drip molding, part number F37Z-13517A72-A
Never pull one off so not sure how its secured, I would think its bolted on under the headliner, plastic trim inside
If you would use a roof rack enough then just drop the head liner and install the rails for one
Or use a single door mounted rail and make a tray for it with rubber feet at rear of cab to hold up the back, its not going any where with that one door mounted cross rail
