Digging around and found this. Not sure what it is for or runs to? Im guessing its of some importance

 

Not a Factory wire

What that is, is an extension cord(110vAC) that some one has used for an add-on 12volt device
Black, white and green wires are standard 110vAC wire colors

So follow it to the other end to see what was added

 

Some sort of heater?
