Hey all I just finished my Wulf 2WD 4 inch Spindle lift and I'm NOT liking the rear 2 inch shackle lift.(which was only about 3/4 to 1 inch lift)
My springs appear to be level, almost sagging.
Do I go with a rear add-a-leaf to take care of the sag part. Can I put on a longer add-a-leaf from say a F150?? The ones from Wulf and most of the others seem to be on the short side
OR
Can I put on Jeep 1990-2000 Cherokee (XJ) rear lift 2.5 spring's, (they're the same width)??
I can't Find Ranger rear lift springs at a good price, everything's $5-600 a pair.

Thanks Brother, but really don't want to do the block thing. I'm thinking the F-150 add-a-leaf is a better option because those are a longer leaf.

The ones for the Rangers are on the short size.

SkyJacker has Ranger Rear Leaf Springs for Ranger, the only problem is they use a different bolts. I'm thinking '95 vs '98+ !

Contact them and see what they offer, their 6" Leaf Springs fit my '03 for length, but I can't remember if the Spring Bolts were larger or smaller than the my truck's. The SuperLift Kit suggested using double block, not the best way to lift a truck, so I used the 6" version of their leafs and removed all blocks. I had to replace the U-Bolts and Spring Plates because I was installing a 31-spline axle so it was easy to just get longer threads and cut off what wasn't needed.

If you find out about the Leaf Spring bolts sizes, post up what it is, larger or smaller, and post the actual sizes; easier to make a determination on what to do next.

I read on another Ranger Site, something about using Chebby rear springs.

There is additional work, the chebby's spring perch need relocation, I assume shock perches and maybe track bar rework.

But from what I read, I am thinking they cold ride better than the Ranger springs and eliminate blocks between the housing and the spring.

If you are interested I will post a link about the Ranger Build on the other site.

Just something to think about.
