Where is this leak coming from?

Hello and Happy New Year! Looking to buy this 2011 Ranger XLT. 4x4. 66k miles. Located out of state so it’s difficult to get a good look at her. Asked the dealer for underside photos. Obviously, there is a seep/leak on the transfer case somewhere. From the photos… where could it be coming from, how to fix it, and is it worth negotiating for. Thanks for your time!

My guess where it mounts to the transmission. Is it dripping when off?

I'd guess to say it's the output shaft seal. You can see on the bottom right in front of the drive shaft flange it's clean and there is runback. Than you see all the slung fluid..... Totally worth making an offer on if you like it. I got my 03 for 4900.00 with 86000 on it just because it has a side hit on rear second second door.
