Will 02 Tow Hooks fit on an 06 Ranger?
Quick question, just seeing if anyone knows.

yes, the frame is the same from 98-09 on the 4x4's.

I would imagine its the same as far as Edge/Sport from 01+ as well.

I have had a pair on craigslist for awhile and a fellow from LA just emailed me asking if they would fit on his 06.

It depends if they have the front crossmember holes for them, my 04 edge has the full crossmember just not the holes.

I am going to say NO cause I know they wont work on my 04 cause I dont have holes in the crossmember

i don't understand why the holes wouldn't be there.

they came on my dads edge and it was 2wd when he bought it.

weird..

My 06 had the same front bar you see in 04blackedge's avatar, but doesnt have pre-made holes, so drill the holes and it should fit. If its a 2WD XLT/XL I don't believe it has the front crossmember.

does that mean that i could put a lift for a 98' on my 02'? are the lifts any different though?

IDK why I bought some tow hooks they would not work unless I drilled holes so I sold them.

weird, ford uses the same frame on the 4x4's and 4x2 edges.

they must drill the holes afterwards or something.
