I found out I need a new bed as mine is rotten right apart. I located a 2008 bed, that should work.

When I was at the yard I noticed the interior was in GREAT shape. Mine is rough. I was looking to scab out the headliner, carpet, seats, some trim panels and stuff....

Does the 2008 body & interior parts fit a 2005?

 

The bed will work as long as it's the same length. Most of the interior parts will also work depending on which ones you were after. Carpet, seats and headliner will.
