will 31x10.50 tires fit on an xlt 2WD?

before anyone gets cranky... ive done quite a few searches on this topic, but I only come up with maximum tire sizes that will fit on 4wd xlt rangers, which are higher than the 2wd i believe.

it's mainly the width i'm concerned about, as the actual tires i'm getting are 30 x 10.50.

any 2wd ranger owners out there fit something similar with stock suspension? lets hear it!

My daughter Candice has them on here 2WD XL (1998). Look on my Cardomain page and find the pic's of her Ranger and I think I posted pics of it with the 31's.

The rear is NO problem at all. The front, you may get occasional rubbing at hard turning on bumps -- but nothing major. She's been driving it for over a year like that and it's fine.

Yeah i have 31x10.50's and i have MINOR rubbing. i might have even been able to do 32's without alot of rubbing. I would reccommend sticking with thte 31x10.50's. You wont regret it. I love mine and wouldnt go back to stockers EVER again.

I'm glad someone asked this, cuz ive got a buddy who just got an XLT 2wd and wants bigger meats. How big do you think he could go with a 3" spindle lift? 32x11.5?
