Will this elblem work?

I have a 07 and it has these emblems on it.

Would these fit and cover the 3 holes behind the 07 emblems?

I'd wind up doing the same thing to them, I have the older style on my truck right now and they're painted black. Want to sell them?

I don't have any at the moment, but they're painted in some rattle can Duplicolor bedliner that is flaking off. Although I could easily remove it from them and hit them with either some gloss or satin black Krylon fusion I have and trade you. If you do want to go to the older style ones and are serious about it let me know. Then I'll remove and repaint mine and snap you some pictures of them first.

With the Krylon fusion paint I've found you don't need it. It is different than normal enamel or lacquer. I've painted lots using it without adhesion promoter and never had any issues. But yeah if/when you decide you do want to put the older style emblems on just let me know and I'll get mine done up nicely.

I have 2 old style XLT emblems laying around here somewhere. Some of the silver flaked off. I also have black Krylon. Maybe I will strip them and paint them up. When I Kryloned my bumper pad it did fine straight up, two coats, all done.
