Will this flip key fob work on my 99 xlt?

I want to get a flip key fob similar to those for newer vehicles. Amazon says it is not compatible with my truck. However, the item description says it is compatible with part # CWTWBIU2I2. That is the part number of my current fob. Do y'all know if it will work, or know of a different flip key fob that will? Thanks!

Here is a link to the Amazon item:

Why not just try to add it an see?

Just takes 30 seconds

Make sure you have ALL the currently working fobs at programming time
The 8 times on and off CLEARS all Fobs from memory, so a lost fob can't be used to get in to vehicle, you have to add them back

The older fobs used 40bit digital signal, newer 80bit which is why there can be compatibility issues

Won't fit in the ignition

In case anyone else was wondering, the flip-key style fobs won't work. The fob is too wide, not allowing the key to be fully inserted into the ignition column.
