Driver side and passenger side windows do not seal all the way. This is on an ext cab 4 door ranger. The windows seem to not seat all the way up towards the backside and it sounds like the windows are slightly open when driving. seal seems good, but could the window be cocked back some?

 

Weather stripping is worn out.

You can try and clean it with soap and water then lube it with a silicone spray.

You can test it with a dollar bill, it should have some resistance as you try and pull it out.
