Wiper cowl removal?!?
cowl, as in that piece that's right along the windshield?
the body shop that i had my truck repaired at, originally wanted to replace the whole piece, because it was damaged. After they saw that it was on there pretty good and no apparent way to take it off, they just repaired it. so.. to my knowledge, it's pretty much on there..
