na i just got the back done today......since i dont off road my truck i am not to concerned about the front right now........hopefully Big04Ranger is going to help me do the front sometime either at the end of September or first weekend of October.............i know i know i can't lock it in 4x4 because the front is a different RP, i taped the 4x4 *** off to keep from doing it....

i can already tell a difference in fuel milage and extreme difference in power................at about 80 mph, i am running about 2500 rpms.............

zabeard, how far off is your speedo do you know?

mine is about right on at 70mph

gets a little further off at 80

at 80 im turning 3000 rpms.

75 for me is the perfect highway cruising speed, anything over 75 i get extremely low mpg. at 75 i get 17+mpg

the higher the number means it moves the torque and power lower in the rpms. when you add bigger tires, it makes take off and some driving slower so you want to go "down" in gears to get your power back.

you dont get nor lose torque with gear changes, horse-power and torque are constant through everything except engine modifications...
