Trade in on that one you posted about, if your work will let you.

Well, if your spending the coin to fix it, why trade? Everything that your complaining about would be fixed. If you just trade it away, your getting rid of the problems. However unless you keep quiet about the problems, you might not get a good trade in value for it. get a new one and use it an a dp which is only gonna net you like 5-6k.

ok so why get a new truck. You can get all the front end stuff minus the alignment shipped to your door for under $550 moog ties, balljoints and arms, timken bearings cardone cv. Ya the torque converter sucks but you can do that too. Why wont you or your work perform the work? You can practically do the whole front end in like 4 hours.

I dont know Id probably fix it. Not worth even getting close to a payment. Not to many places that will just let you trade vehicles practically straight up. Although it does help that you work at a dealership.

If the truck is paidoff I say fix it and keep it. Whats to say that whatever you buy doesn't have just as many or more problems?

Your asking for trouble when you trade that truck in.
You have no payment now, Correct? all those parts total around 500 - 600 bucks.
If your to get a payment, thats about 200 - 300 bucks a month.
It isn't worth it IMO. Run it till it dies, than worry about it.

I don't think it's too far off.

Pretty sure those bearings are pretty expensive... you are 4x4 right? Probly close to $500 just for those if you need the whole hub.

Nevermind... maybe you are 2wd, haha. Shows how much I pay attention.

So do what you can get done with it still driveable. It's not like you have to get both sides done at one time.
