WTB: Supercharger for a 03' 4.0L

Yes, folks, I'm looking for a supercharger. I'd like to find a used one, becuase I don't really think $4,000 is a good price. I'm open to different ideas, but I'm sure the Explorer Express is my best bet. Anyone know of anyone selling one?

How about other companies with blowers for the 4.0L?

you could look into the setups on mustangs but it will take some work getting it all to fit properly.

i would just keep saving and buy the EE kit new.

I don't know that that many people have one now, much less are looking to sell theirs. Good luck though! It'll be a sweet ride for sure.

I have only seen one truck that even had one on it, much less selling. Explorer express is the best that I have seen as well.

$4K for a supercharger for them, screw that idea for me, unless I happen to be given a brand new, never started 4.0L. I'm happy with my 207HP thank you!

LOL Kidding. I was thinking about supercharging my Ranger, just because it's sweet, but I'm not really to big on it. I'd rather put better exhaust, an intake, and call it good at that.

Wayne: Yeah, Idid. But, for that price, and that "build quality" I'm thinking I could get that done here.

The quality of what Wayne posted up looks to be very good. Everything already thought out and included for less than 1500 bucks. All you would need is a supercharger of a GM 3.8 motor. Looks to be very reasonable in price.
