Well got my hi lo hids from them. And there's some weird white connector that all the wiring goes into. Wtf is it and what do I do with it

As many HID's as ive installed im stumped on this one....maybe it has something to do with the hi-low??

thats where the hi/lo controler hooks to you ordered hi/lows right it? thats what i was pissed about cuz they sent me some china made junk one in my 35w kit
the part missing should look like the thing in the left of the pic.

you should. do they have a storefront where you can just buy stuff? i was in SD the other day. shoulda cancelled my online order and bought a different kit there lol

 

I'm seeing a trend lately and that is that the 55w Hi/lo kit is junk and the 35W isn't.

 

Im seeing a trend that DDM isnt as great as some say

 

its not really the wattage both kits use the same bulbs and wiring the only difference between the two is the wattage output of the ballast it just ddm throwing whatever in a box

 

i dont know if its a store front but you can pick stuff up instead of shipping

 

gotcha. and my kit has the nicer bulbs that youwere talking about in your post. so at least thats a good thing i guess.

 

did you get the Raptor kit or Slim ballast kit?

 

They have a store front that I've seen pics of on the BMW forums. Its pretty nice and I'm sure they'll let you pic the stuff up there instead.
