my 99 xlt came with everything but cruise control and tilt. i got power everything and carpet, chrome bumpers and trim. 4 doors

i have an XLT ....but XLT's are awesome...and don't they sit lower than the edges?

my 99 XLT didnt have power anything or cruise or cdplayer or tilt and it didnt even have a tach. it did have chrome bumpers and 4drs though? it was an auto.
