Yeppers, thats his truck, but not his sale. This has been happening all too often. Someone had a pic of my truck trying to sell Altezza tails one time. Was a nice roadtrip.

it dont matter....when people put pictures up on the net, they are pretty much giving everyone access to them for free.........

I have to agree. Legally, perhaps not, but people can and will steal them and use them for their own benefit.

Now, that's not to say you couldn't go after their profits for using those images without your permission.

when i raced sprint karts, on the front of GA karting website i was on there.. kickin some *** to lol.. coming down into 3rd and getting my nose under somebody for the win.. it was kinda cool to be choosen randomly like that.. alot of people recognized me after that lol

A crappy pic of mine with mismatching mirrors was used to sell billet grills and still is. I got a discount on a grill for a friend out of it, but thats it.
