00 to 03 3.0 auto to manual swap

so... I swapped out my 00 3.0 with a auto tranny for a 03 3.0 with a manual tranny. swapped all of the wiring behind the dash, steering column, in the engine bay.... every single piece of wiring.

Now, before i did that with the new motor and my old wiring when I tried to start the truck the theft light would flash real fast. now that I changed all of the wiring the theft light doesn't flash fast but the truck still wont start.

I really have no idea why this thing wont start... anybody have any ideas?

did you change the computer when you done the swap?? are you still useing the auto comp? if you changed the comp its pats messing with your truck you need to eather go to ford and get your key programed to that computer are get the keys and switches from the doner truck.

wiring, pcm, keys, ignition, motor, everything came from the same truck... I've already swapped it in... still doesn't even try to crank.

If it was pats wouldn't the theft light flash fast like it did when I tried the new pcm with my old switch?
